I recently visited this location for an eye exam ( my first in many years) and I have to say it was a great experience from beginning to end. The front desk receptionists were friendly and helpful and Dr. Jana who performed the eye exam was thorough and efficient. The best part of it all was when I meant to follow up with my health card number regarding an eye specialist referral, Dr. Jana reached out to me promptly so she could get me in with the specialist ASAP which showed great attention to detail and concern for their patients. The price of the eye exam was also very reasonable. Don’t hesitate to make your appointment here!

I've been a customer since they opened and have accumulated six pairs of prescription glasses (two sunglasses, four regular), with six different pairs of arms, and at least a dozen different pairs of pins. That's several hundred potential combinations! And the frames rarely change, so when my vision does, I just pop the new lenses into any of my old frames.
I had a great experience at Dresden with Richard and his colleagues - they were all very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. I purchased multiple glasses (and lenses), and had the lenses in my own sunglasses replaced as well. I am *really* impressed with the quality and service they offer, and I wish everyone knew that you can get beautiful frames and quality lenses at an economical price. Apparently the frames also come with a long warranty and are almost unbreakable.
