To get your order to you as soon as possible, we often dispatch the items separately. Orders for mixed modalities of contact lenses will arrive in separate packages. Our contact lens delivery times typically range from 1.5 to 2 weeks.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you may return it for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact.

We accept returns for contact lenses provided their boxes are sealed, unopened, unmarked, and unused. Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return Shipping

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 5 business days upon receiving the returned item.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
