Five Years and Counting: Why I’ll Never Go Anywhere Else. I first walked into Dresden Vision about five years ago, drawn in by their captivating array of colours. At the time, I was completely over my heavy, boring black frames and wanted to step outside my comfort zone. I’m so glad I did! I ended up with a pair I love, and the ability to customize and swap out the "handles" (arms) in different colours is a total game-changer. The "Water Skiing" Test The real test of a company is how they treat you when things go wrong. Two years ago, I had a bit of a disaster during a water skiing accident and broke my frames. Thankfully, I had a backup pair, but when I returned to the shop, they replaced my broken frames at no charge. That kind of service is rare these days and truly made me a customer for life. I saw Dr.Jason Woo and had a great experience. The ladies working in the front were kind and very helpful and had already processed my insurance by the time my appointment ended. There was zero sales pressure from the staff or doctor also. Dr.Jason was amazing - he is super thorough, he doesn’t make you feel rushed and clearly really cares about his patients. Before we did any vision testing he talked to me about my health and any vision concerns. After we finished testing he took the time to explain everything in detail and in a way that is accessible for folks who aren’t experts in vision :) I would recommend Dresden and Dr. Jason to anyone looking for an optometrist.
I’ve had my glasses and prescription sunglasses for 4 years, and they look incredible still! After ordering some for my husband and son, I did contact Dresden through the chat to order replacement lenses. My prescription had changed, and they helped me with the new lenses. Easy to update too! Highly recommend!!
