Had a comprehensive eye examination from Tran who provided me with an excellent prescription. Tran took her time, was patient and explained thoroughly the prescription. Immediately after the exam, I purchased multifocals and sunglasses from Dresden, because of the brilliant customer service. Unlike other optical chain stores which provide you with mass produced, overpriced branded glasses, Dresden keeps costs at a minimum by providing simple frames, two shapes, without compromising on quality. This is my go to optometrist moving forward.

I appreciate that the waiting time with Dresden wasn't very long. I love the colour and the Capote shape! The scripts I've obtained from Dresden are assuringly accurate! The staff at Dresden are exceptionally professional and pleasant in manner. Tbis a-line ensures repeat customers! I like that materials are recycled, too.

Concept, range and plentiful promotions and discounts make this a fun budget friendly face refresh from a locally made (NSW from 100% recycled plastic) optical brand. Online is easy, but in-store best for initial try-ons. Go early as stores get very busy.

I've been going to Dresden for several years now, and their optometrists are always friendly and efficient, as are their counter staff. I love the fact that their frames are made in Australia from recycled plastics.

The service at the shop is great, I love that the glasses are australian made, from recycled plastic, with a 10 year warranty and that I can change my lenses into different coloured frames. The best!

I discovered Dresden through online marketing and I’m genuinely thrilled with my purchase. Buying glasses online can feel like a bit of a gamble, but that definitely wasn’t the case here. I’ve worn prescription glasses for years, and because I need thinner lenses, the cost has always added up quickly. I’d usually avoid extras like photochromatic lenses for that reason. I also found myself hanging onto old pairs for outdoor activities because I didn’t want to risk damaging expensive glasses. Dresden has completely changed that for me. Their affordability means I can finally wear an up-to-date prescription with photochromatic lenses for everything I do, without worrying about the cost. It’s such a game changer. I can look after my eyes in this NZ sun. The colour selection is incredible too: fun, vibrant options that are usually hard to find. And despite being an international order to NZ, shipping was fast. I also really appreciated that they double-checked my prescription after I submitted it online. Some might be irritated by that but I'd prefer that they get it right with eye wear. Highly recommend.
