I have had the pleasure of having two optometry appointments with the lovely and professional Dr Tran Duong. She was incredibly patient with all my questions and extremely thorough, asking a lot of questions that my previous optometrists haven’t (such as the distance of my computer which really made me think!) and explaining the process and the results and making sure I understood everything. I have two new Dresden glasses in sunglasses and transitions and I couldn’t be happier. Thank you to Dr Tran and her team. The front of house were also brilliant and patient with helping me choose sizes and colours.
I cannot recommend Dresden Vision Newtown highly enough. Tran Duong is extremely thorough and professional. She took time to explain my vision issues and reasons for the changes as I age. I ordered 2 pairs of glasses, both high index photochromic. Both pairs arrived within a week and were perfect for my vision. The staff at Newtown are very friendly and helpful with frame fitting, adjustments etc - they even know the best local coffee shop! My wife attended the following week and also found them excellent. We wouldn’t go anywhere else and wish that we had found Dresden much earlier.
Cool funky glasses and the service is great. Value for money is excellent. I have purchased my glasses for several years from Dresden and even imported into Europe (Though there was a custom charge). It would be great if Dresden expanded and considered operations in Europe. Thank you.
