To get your order to you as soon as possible, we often dispatch the items separately. Orders for mixed modalities of contact lenses will arrive in separate packages. Our contact lenses have different delivery times based on their type: regular contact lenses typically take 1–2 weeks, while special ones require 4+ weeks for delivery.

We accept returns for contact lenses provided their boxes are sealed, unopened, unmarked, and unused. Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
