We're open for critical care

Dresden stores in Sydney will now open for Critical Care in line with local government guidelines. In addition to emergency optometry services, this also includes replacement and repairs to glasses that are required for daily activities.

What is Critical Care?

Ocular emergencies - Painful eyes, vision changes, double vision
Broken, scratched or lost glasses or contact lenses

Glasses not working as well as they should - change to script needed

Optometry services by appointment only

You can now book an appointment online or over the phone. If you have booked online, an expert staff member will phone you to confirm your visual needs, and appointment.

Need a repair or replacement?

It’s best to contact us before visiting to confirm your visual needs to avoid disappointment. When you arrive at the store our friendly and expert staff will meet you at the front door and ask a series of questions about your needs. The staff will arrange your glasses or replacement parts while you wait outside, or bring you into the store based on density requirements.
